Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original Bullstrap packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
